Digital products are final sale: a complete free sample (the Kit's Start Here guide) is available before purchase so you can inspect exactly what you are buying. If any setting or feature described in a document does not match the current product it describes, contact us and we will correct it and provide the updated version at no charge. Services (Guest Brain Build, White Glove Setup) carry their own written terms, including the Guest Brain "pass the exam or you don't pay" condition. Purchases are for a single operator's use; the documents may be used across all properties you own or manage, but may not be resold, redistributed, or republished.
What we collect: if you join our email list, we collect your email address. If you buy a product, our payment processor (e.g., Payhip and its underlying processors) collects the payment information needed to complete the transaction; we do not see or store your card details. This site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to operate the service.
How we use it: to deliver what you asked for (the free report, product updates, our newsletter) and to operate the business. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
