Week one · Flight Plan
Kickoff call and property deep-dive. I research the short-term rental requirements for your exact address and deliver a written compliance report: every permit, license and tax registration you need, with forms, fees, deadlines and realistic approval timelines. Plus your market and pricing brief, photography direction, and a dated launch plan.

Week two · Build
Listing copy written for Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com and built out inside your accounts. Your House Manual designed for guests: Wi-Fi, check-in, appliances, parking, trash day, quirks, safety, local picks, delivered as a link, a wall QR code and a printable PDF. And your property’s complete knowledge base written so the AI answers guests in your voice.

Week three · Systems
Hospitable configured end to end: channels connected, calendars synced, one inbox. AI messaging with hard escalation rules so refunds, complaints, safety and money always reach a human. Scheduled messages from booking through review request. Dynamic pricing connected. Cleaner and turnover workflow automated, vendor bench built, smart lock and codes handled, supply pars set.

Week four · Flight Check and handoff
We run the Flight Check together, live: 25 real guest questions your AI must answer correctly, escalating every sensitive one. Then two recorded training sessions so you can run and change the system yourself, and The Owner’s Manual: every setting, vendor, credential location and “if this breaks, do this” runbook in one document. Thirty days of support after handoff.

Every launch begins here, and you can buy it on its own. Before anyone commits to a 30-day build, you get the honest answer to “can I do this here, and what will it actually take?”

The full launch — $2,999
$2,999 one property · each additional property $1,499
Two payments if you prefer: $1,500 at kickoff, $1,499 at handoff. Same price either way. Your $499 Flight Plan comes off the total.
Because I do every launch personally, I take two per month. Application only.
The honest version of “30 days”
My work is done in 30 days. Within 30 days of kickoff, assuming you return documents and approvals on schedule, every deliverable on your launch plan is complete, your systems are running, and your listings are built, reviewed and submitted for publication.
What I cannot control: permit offices and booking platforms run on their own clock. Airbnb and Vrbo listings typically publish within a few days. Booking.com requires a location verification that, by their own published guidance, can take up to 35 days for a mailed code. Some cities approve permits in 48 hours; others take 90. You will have your realistic timeline in writing in week one, before any of it is a surprise.
My guarantee: if every deliverable on your launch plan isn’t complete within 30 days of kickoff, for reasons within my control, I keep working free until it is. I can’t guarantee government or platform approvals, and I never guarantee bookings.
Licensing, honestly
I research the short-term rental requirements that apply to your specific address and deliver a written report with every permit, license and tax registration you’ll need, including forms, fees and deadlines. I prepare your application packets and supporting documents for your review.
You review, sign and submit your own applications. We do it together on a screen-share so you’re never stuck. I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice; approval decisions rest with your local authorities.
Your accounts stay yours
You create your own platform accounts and complete your own identity verification. I never ask for your passwords. All of my access is through each platform’s official co-host or authorized-user tools, granted by you and revocable by you at any time.
Note on Vrbo: Vrbo does not offer limited access levels the way Airbnb does, so any access you grant there is full access and you remain responsible for the account. We’ll cover that before we begin.
